1. PHARMACEUTICS LABS

The tremendous productivity and success of students indicate an unshakable dedication to quality in research, instruction, and services. In this laboratory students learn about medication formulation, its delivery and disposition. Pharmaceutics deals with all aspects of developing a novel chemical entity and converting a pure pharmacological material into a safe and effective drug. Here the students learn the science of dosage form design.

2. PHARMACEUTICAL CHEMISTRY LABS

It plays a vital role in developing a student into a true Pharma Professional; labs are well equipped for both teaching and research activities. These lab plays very important role to understand pharmacy completely, as everything has chemistry base and this department helps in understanding the practical aspects of chemistry related to pharma field. The basic part like identification of various organic & inorganic compounds by qualitative & quantitative analysis is taught to the students. The knowledge in the field of modern instrumentation techniques is also given. Basic research performed is identity, purity, content and stability of starting materials, excipients and active pharmaceutical ingredients is carried out.

3. PHARMACOLOGY LABS

Pharmacology labs help to study the interaction of drugs with living systems. Here students learn the effects of various doses of medicinal substances as well as the different ways in which medicine can be introduced into the body. Generally, here animal tests are performed to learn the strength of drugs and mechanisms of drug action. With the study of Anatomy, Physiology & Pathophysiology, Clinical Pharmacy, the focus is to elucidate the complexity of drug therapy while the laboratory sessions enable students to comprehend the various parameters useful for the analysis of drug action. Department is fulfilled with Audio visual teaching aids facility Like Over Head Projectors, LCD projectors, animal experiments software.

4. PHARMACOGNOSY LAB

Here students study how medicines are separated from plants, animals, and minerals. How they are identified and quality controlled of medications derived from natural sources. They study how herbal medications are developed by combining traditional knowledge, current science, and modern technologies. This department is dedicated to disseminate the information about natural medicines through both theoretical and practical means. The department has crude drug museum, and herbarium specimens of various plant materials, as well as modern technology for extracting and isolating natural medicinal compounds.

5. MACHINE ROOM

The machine room equipped with instruments and machinery used in manufacturing and quality control of tablets, capsules, injectables, liquid orals and ointment sections. This laboratory provides a window for young and aspiring pharmacist to be well versed with the manufacturing aspect of different formulation in real time.

6. CIR LAB

A Central Instrumentation Laboratory (CIR LAB) is of utmost importance in any research institution where state-of-the-art analytical and high-end instruments are manned by qualified personnel to provide scientific and technical services to research students .Such a facility represents a key commitment for preserving and raising the efficiency of research to the international standards.
